The recommended starting point is PowerShell skill level 3. Prior PowerShell Universal experience is useful.

- Install and configure an instance
- Navigate the administration interface
- Create a first web application
Day 2: Security and engineering workflow
- Build APIs and configure users, tokens, and authentication
- Establish development and editor workflows
- Structure PowerShell Universal modules with Sampler
- Separate reusable logic from platform resources
Day 3: Integrated web solutions and data
- Build a richer web solution with controls and data displays
- Create API endpoints
- Use SQLite for responsive caching or queuing
- Integrate persistent SQL storage where appropriate
Day 4: Production execution and operability
- Prepare PowerShell Universal for production operation
- Implement execution and scheduling patterns
- Debug applications and automation
- Use logging to understand runtime behaviour
Day 5: Hosting, releases, and deployment
- Compare Windows, cloud, standalone, and container hosting considerations
- Manage releases and deployments
- Deliver changes through a continuous-delivery workflow
- Complete the integrated web solution
