With this offer, you can move your Meetup group under our network (or create one), and we’ll be covering the cost of the subscription. You’ll keep your co-organiser rights and the group will be under the SynEdgy pro network.
You will be able to create and promote your events directly to the broader PowerShell community, manage and promote the events on the platform and communicate with your members. This ensures greater visibility and lower administration overhead and a larger, more engaged audience for your meetups.
We cover the cost for 12 months, reconductible, provided that your group remains active and complies with our Code of Conduct.
We’ll also help network and advertise on our PSConfEU channels, to make sure you reach out to your local community, and tap into the amazing pool of speakers the community has to offer!

Deliver a memorable experience with our PSWorld virtual space on Gather. This immersive environment allows for dynamic interactions among participants, replicating the feel of an in-person event in a fun old-school 8bit look. As part of the partnership, we handle the platform seat reservations and management, saving you time and money while providing an engaging setup for your online events.
Your participants must agree to our terms of use and Code of Conduct, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all.

You don’t have to use it, but it’s good to know it’s there should you need it! It also takes the pression away from having an in-person meetup every month.

We take care of the event setup on Gather, including managing participant access, so you can focus on content and attendee engagement. We’ll require you to provide participant information (name and email) ahead of time to ensure smooth entry and help mitigate risks such as spam or inappropriate behaviour. SynEdgy handles the logistics, including managing no-shows and adjusting seat numbers as needed, ensuring that your event runs smoothly without any logistical headaches.

To help you promote your events effectively, we provide a ready-to-use communication kit. This includes pre-designed visuals that can easily be customised with the branding of your PowerShell User Group. We do ask that communications related to the events mention SynEdgy as a sponsor and comply with our Code of Conduct, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

With direct access to our Meetup platform, you can effortlessly reach the PowerShell community, boost attendance for your events, and maintain the autonomy of your user group. We will also support you in finding speakers and promoting your group through our networks.

Don’t sweat, you can use our custom-built PSWorld map without worrying about fees – we handle the reservation costs, allowing you to host high-quality online meetups with no financial burden, provided your group remains active and compliant with our Code of Conduct.
